Service Returns

Due to the nature of the service industry, it is not possible to physically return the service provided. Therefore, returns of services rendered are not accepted.

Payment Methods and Chargebacks

Please note that refunds for services provided by RAI IT Solutions cannot be processed through chargebacks on debit or credit cards. Refunds can only be facilitated by directly contacting RAI IT Solutions and following our refund process outlined above.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If the service provided did not meet the specifications outlined in the agreement or contract.
  • If there was a failure to deliver the service within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • If the service provided resulted in significant errors or defects that were not rectified promptly.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • If the customer fails to report their dissatisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the service provided was according to the agreed-upon specifications and there were no errors or defects.
  • If the customer breaches the terms and conditions of the service agreement or contract.

Additional Points

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any taxes or fees associated with the original transaction will not be refunded.
  • Rai IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this refund and returns policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the policy periodically.
